Description

This machine automatically cuts away the dark meat triangle from the salmon fillet. On the line it demands no operators. Can be installed in extension of other conveyor belts. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted. Capacity: 1 lane machine up to 1200 filets per hour. 2 lane machine up to 2400 filets per hour. How does the machine work: • The knives are adjusted in the right angle fully automatic. • The size of fillets are shown on the screen. • Now the fillet runs through the machine and the dark meat is cut from the filet.
