The equipment is built robustly and a cast-iron base is equipped with a trunnion and an overarm. It has a positive, quick-lock swivel vice and opens 4". It houses sealed ball bearings and a 1" wheel arbor. User can choose a PH-14 power down feed and semi-auto air/oil operation. Our 5HP TEFC motors come in two variants, 1 phase at 220V or 3 phase at 220/440V. The optimal speed is 3450rpm and at a maximum spindle speed of 4400rpm. The wheels are less abrasive and weigh 270lbs. Solids of 2.5" and pipes of 3" can be worked upon. Bench model K12B-1 runs at 5HP, single-phase at 220V. Bench model K12B-3 runs at 5HP in triple-phase at 220/440V. K12SS-1 runs at 5HP, single-phase at 220V and has a stand. K12SS-3 runs at 5HP, triple-phase, 220/440V and has a Stand. K12SSF-1 runs at 5HP in single-phase at 220V and has a stand & foot chain vice. K12SSF-3 runs at 5 HP in triple-phase at 220/440V and has a stand & foot chain vice.
