Kanomax presents the Model 3521 piezobalance dust monitor. Portable dust monitors are essential for monitoring worker exposure to airborne pollutants in real time. The pollutants include smoke, dust, fumes and mist. With the monitors, PM 10 and PM 2.5 particle concentrations are measured. Model 3521 is an innovative respirable aerosol monitor. It uses piezobalance technology to provide direct particulate mass concentration. It can log up to 500 samples. It can be cleaned easily, which makes it easy to maintain. A standard RS232C port is provided. Also it has a back-lit display. With traditional dust meters, particulates are counted. However, with the piezobalance dust meter, particulate mass concentration is weighed. It allows reviewing of data on screen as well as printing or downloading to a computer. It comes with software for simple data download and processing. The easy-to-operate software does not require any special training.
