High Speed Double-Column Machining Center The main feature is a ram-type casted spindle head which is supported by four LM guides and it ensures high rigidity and stability under heavy-duty cutting when the Z-axis travel moves up and down in the construction of BOX IN BOX.  The Z-axis travel is 850mm option 1500mm. X and Y axes use the oversize and maximum-preloaded roller liner guideways with high rigidity. ​ The spindle is the IDD drive including 40 or 50-taper; the built-in drive and geared-head are optionally available and the high speed is provided 10000rpm, 12000rpm and 15000rpm to diversify the choices . ​ This machine is coupled directly to the 22/26/30kw motor with extra amplifier can optionally provide 286Nm (max.) of cutting torque (S3 15%).  It can get up to the processing needs of customers with high rigidity, high accuracy and high efficiency, and then it also creates a higher rate of return for customers.
