The small tipping container
Especially in production, in narrow aisles, under large machines, space is often tight. This is where the use of the mini tippers comes in handy. The mini self-tipper finds many uses in everyday work, whether as a tipper for waste such as scrap or as a transport device for pourable materials such as small parts or chips. The mini tipper is characterized by ample volume despite small construction dimensions due to its low-slung design.
The Bartels Mini Tipper, manufactured in our own production, empties itself, straightens itself and locks itself.
Advantages of the Mini-Self-Tipper
• Ample volume despite small dimensions due to special low-slung design
• Generally mobile and always easy to maneuver by hand
• Easy to pick up by forklift and self-tipping
• Fits under presses, punches, drills, saws, lathes, etc.
Tilting and locking is automatic and the driver does not have to leave the forklift. This means less effort and therefore more time. Another advantage is that there is no impact on the lift mast of the forklift truck during quick and complete unloading due to the roll-off skids.
The special roll-off mechanism provided by said roll-off skids eliminates the need for a chain lock - as is otherwise necessary with skips and dump trucks. Advantage: The tipper cannot slip off the tines even during the tipping process.
