Description

The KS Cutting System consists of one knife head which rotates with the motor shaft and one hole plate, which is mounted in the cutting housing. The knife head has 2 replaceable insert blades. The space between knife head and hole plate can be adjusted allowing you to control the output, temperature and consistency of the product. The KS Cutting System is simple to use and easy to set up. Adjustment can also take place during the emulsification process, which results in a constant level of quality of the end product.
