Cerutti's X10G is a gearless flexo press which is made for high performance printing. It was made to perform short, medium and long runs to reduce job changeover times while effectively reducing the downtime. The press has ten print decks which help in hastening the printing process. It also has printing widths that range from 1000 mm to 1600 mm, with an optional width of up to 2000 mm. Working with a printing speed of 600 mpm, the machine allows printing repeats of up to 1000 mm. The model can be used with a number of optional devices, including pneumatic ejectors for print and anilox sleeves. The print deck can also be enhanced by a pipeless doctor chamber design which removes all ink piping from the machine's components.
