Description

The COMBIBOX clutch-brake-combination combines an electromagnetic brake and a clutch in ready-to-install housing. The patented adjustment procedure allows the air gap to be readjusted in its installed condition, which considerably extends the service life of the wear-affected friction elements. The units designed for start/stop operation significantly reduce energy consumption due to a continuously running drive. HIGHLIGHTS Over 20 variants possible High switching frequency with good positioning accuracy Backlash-free holding Patented air gap readjustment
