Cleat for conveyor belt P series

The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different cleats and entraining elements. Cleats and entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and whenever lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. • Conveyor belt cleats made of PVC and PU – with or without fabric interlayers – in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. • Depending on the design, they are resistant to oil and grease, have FDA/EU approval. PVC/PU cleats made of belt material can be produced in a straight design or with an inclination of approximately 60° or 80° respectively. • We also have a wide range of special cleats such as, for example: PVC 60° Shore A, closed-loop cleats, profiled cleats made of belt material, fabric and felt cleats, and special forms based on the customer’s requirements.
