Our expertise is in the manufacture of complex shaped stamped parts. Follow-on composite techniques are used to achieve the required transformations in multiple tool sequences. With our presses, capable of forces ranging from 50 kN to 2,500 kN, we process a variety of material grades with thicknesses ranging from 0.07mm to 6 mm.
The stamped parts can also be further processed with additional operations as required. Combined with a range of transformation techniques such as rotary swaging and rolling, we can provide an extensive production portfolio.
Numerous specialized connection technologies (clinching, radial point riveting, caulking, pressing, laser welding, resistance welding, ultrasonic welding, hot riveting) enable the production of highly complex assemblies.
Stamped parts and assemblies have practical applications in various fields, such as diesel/gasoline injection technology, gears, motors, pumps, turbochargers and mechanical engineering.
