Z-boomed KESLA Z14 City product family belongs to the 14-tonne-meter class. It is available with whether one or two extensions. Hoses for the boom and the extender The hydraulics are well-protected on top of the booms. In machines with double extenders, the hoses run neatly and well-protected on roller guides. KESLA proSTABILITY Kesla has developed a stability control system for the City cranes, proSTABILITY. The system enables the possibility for radio control of the crane, but it is also available for top seat equipment. The system alerts the driver about several factors that have impacts on stability, for instance for overload, inclination of the truck or if the vehicle loses ground contact. In addition, it prevents functions that increase the lifting torque in extreme conditions. The system shows several crane status data including sensor faults, fault log, the position of the stabilizer and crane as well as lift capacity in that position. The system also offers the possibility to a limited lift sector without stabilizer legs. Slew system All models include a cast slew system with oil bath. Lifting cylinder guard Part of the standard delivery in larger models. Booms The booms are made out of high-quality steel. Wide-angle joint The larger models (starting from 204) have a wide-angle joint that enables stable lifting power in all boom positions.
