The sausage/sausage slicer ASC-1809 is designed to separate fresh and cured sausages/sausages with high productivity and reliability.
The sausage slicer uses servo technology and laser measurement. With this technology we manage to carry out the execution of the cut at the joint separating the sausages / sausages automatically on the traction rail.
