AUTOMATED ELECTRICAL INSULATING GLOVES TESTER
Automated system СВС-12С is designed for electrical withstand testing of rubber insulating gloves with an AC voltage (UAC ≤ 10 kVRMS) at industrial frequency (f = 50 Hz).
In addition, the system allows to test neon lamps.

High voltage is applied, stabilised and controlled automatically.
TESTING UP TO 12 GLOVES SIMULTANEOUSLY
СВС-12С allows to test up to 12 gloves simultaneously, thus saving time and reducing testing overheads.
DIGITAL CONTROL
• CBC-12C has two pre-programmed testing voltage levels.
• Test duration is set and monitored via a built-in timer.
• Leakage current is displayed throughout the entire test cycle.
• Upon detecting a breakdown, the system indicates the specific glove the breakdown has occurred in and automatically terminates the test.
TWO-MODULE DESIGN
The system is designed in the form of a control unit and a test bath with integrated high-voltage unit. Such design allowed to create a compact system with a dry maintenance-free transformer.
The system control and test process monitoring are carried out from the control unit while test objects are submerged in the bath with built-in high voltage source.
Two-module design allows an operator to remain at a safe distance away from the high-voltage circuit and the objects under test.
