AUTOMATED ELECTRICAL INSULATING GLOVES TESTER Automated system СВС-12С is designed for electrical withstand testing of rubber insulating gloves with an AC voltage (UAC ≤ 10 kVRMS) at industrial frequency (f = 50 Hz). In addition, the system allows to test neon lamps. AUTOMATION High voltage is applied, stabilised and controlled automatically. TESTING UP TO 12 GLOVES SIMULTANEOUSLY СВС-12С allows to test up to 12 gloves simultaneously, thus saving time and reducing testing overheads. DIGITAL CONTROL • CBC-12C has two pre-programmed testing voltage levels. • Test duration is set and monitored via a built-in timer. • Leakage current is displayed throughout the entire test cycle. • Upon detecting a breakdown, the system indicates the specific glove the breakdown has occurred in and automatically terminates the test. TWO-MODULE DESIGN The system is designed in the form of a control unit and a test bath with integrated high-voltage unit. Such design allowed to create a compact system with a dry maintenance-free transformer. The system control and test process monitoring are carried out from the control unit while test objects are submerged in the bath with built-in high voltage source. Two-module design allows an operator to remain at a safe distance away from the high-voltage circuit and the objects under test.
