AUTOMATIC INSULATING OIL DIELECTRIC STRENGTH TESTERS
Portable automatic testers of OLT series are designed for dielectric strength testing of insulating oils (mineral and synthetic) with AC voltage up to 100 kVRMS at industrial frequency (f = 50/60 Hz).
SUPPORT FOR WIDE SELECTION OF STANDARDS
Non-volatile memory of the OLT series testers stores up to 10 presets of test standards.
KEP Suite – a user-friendly accompanying software – allows to easily add, remove and modify the set of standards stored on the device, including creation of a deeply customised test sequences to accommodate every need.
ACCURATE TEST RESULTS
The tests are performed with symmetrical sine-wave high voltage. The measurements are taken right on the electrodes of the test vessel while high voltage switch off time is only 5 μs. Clear signal and direct measuring circuit result in a reliable and accurate test results.
EASE OF USE
In order to start a test all an operator needs to do is to select a desired testing standard. After that the entire test cycle, including the necessary pauses, oil simple stirring and high voltage switch off following a breakdown runs fully automatically.
INTEGRATED STIRRER AND THERMAL SENSOR
In order to comply with standards requiring oil sample stirring during a test, OLT series testers feature an integrated magnetic stirrer.
The oil sample temperature is measured using a built-in thermal sensor and subsequently recorded in the test report.
REPORTING
Non-volatile memory of the tester stores up to 128 detailed test reports which can be printed out on an integrated printer.
