Powder coating line

Monocyclone in powder coating process is a special part serial connected with an after filter. Its property is to separate an amount of powder. The percentage of the returning recirculated powder is at least 95%. The economic benefit of the usage of the monocyclone is very high especially for powder coating plants where color changes are many. The special construction of the monocyclone allows color changes with safety and economy. Because the recirculated powder needs sieving and good management , at the down part of the monocyclone there is a special system with valves for the return of the powder but also and a stainless steel sieving system.
