Our linear vibratory feeders are designed to actuate a variety of products and used with a variety of processing lines and packaging machines. For example our V0.5 linear vibrator supports precision handling for products such as hygienic powder and ingredients for the pharmaceutical packaging industry. In contrast our V2 linear vibrator supports batch feeding and weighing systems of products such as food grains for the food packaging industry. Our innovative stainless steel linear vibrators are especially designed and engineered for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Fully encapsulated, the electromagnet is highly protected from external elements. They are rated IP68 making them resistant to high pressure cleaning, aggressive cleaning agents and perfect for environments where hygiene is paramount. We supply versions of our standard IP54 linear vibrator V1, V2 and V3 models and work alongside our customers to develop bespoke models that meet the needs of the intended application.
