Copper braid connectors The connectors are made out of braided copper tapes or stranded copper ropes, cold-pressed on both ends with terminals. We manufacture highly flexible braids with annealed uncoated or tinned high purity copper wires. Such braids are mainly used for earthing or lightning conducting as well as industrial current transfer applications. General information: Copper purity: ≥99.9%. Diameter of the copper wires: 0.20mm; 0.15mm (standard); 0.10mm; 0.05mm (available according to customers' requirement). Surface treatment of the wires: uncoated or tinned. Solderless cold-pressed. Surface treatment of the contact areas: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated. Insulating of flexible part with shrinkable insulating tube could be made.
