The Stationary KiDAU Digital Input has 16 digital inputs thatare galvanicly isolated in two groups with 8 inputs each. The maximum sampling rate is 100 kHz. The device can store datafor a 1 800 s cycle at a sampling rate of 100 kHz which allowsthe user to start recording data before the test is actually started. This ensures that the measuring system works correct lyand prevents data loss. The trigger point is registered and recorded as in previous systems. An uninterrupted power supply is not needed to retain the data because flash-EEPROMs areused for the memory.
