Description

Our special development for the transportation of reactive hot melt adhesives like PUR-Hotmelt (polyurethane) or other thermoplastic products: The ‘hose within a hose‘ system with replaceable hose material makes your hot glue hose even more economical. This ensures the quick, and thus especially cost-effective, re-commissioning of the hose in the case that the glue core becomes blocked. Simply remove the blocked core, place a new core in, and continue with production! The hot glue hose with replaceable glue core is particularly well-suited for reactive hotmelts such as polyurethane resin (PUR). The operating temperature usually varies between 100 °C and 250 °C. To suit your application, we offer various external protection variants, for example PA braiding, or diverse corrugated tube variants made of PA6, TPE or PA12, as well as a washable silicone tube or metal braiding made of galvanized steel or even stainless steel. The KLETTI hot glue hose with exchangeable glue core is equipped with an RTD temperature sensor (Resistance Temperature Detector) such as the Pt-100 or a thermocouple, depending on your requirements. A hose can only be regulated with a temperature sensor; the PID control algorithm of the temperature controller ensures that the desired and previously set temperature is maintained. The controller receives an electronic signal from the temperature sensor to determine the current temperature of the hose. If the temperature of the heated hose is below the desired temperature, the controller supplies power to the hose and the temperature of the heated hose increases.
