Flexible heating pipe

Specially developed for use with industrial robots, e.g. in the automotive industry, this heating hose is especially flexible and capable of withstanding heavy impacts resulting from dynamic robot movements. The KLETTI heating hose for industrial robots is equipped with a special, particularly strong, waterproof outer casing and a special element to protect the internal temperature sensor. And: It is completely silicone-free. The end caps of this hot glue hose are screwed or made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber). The operating temperature usually varies between 60 °C and 200 °C. Due to the strong dynamic travel of the robot arm, the hose is provided with a special and particularly strong, extremely flexible outer jacket, in addition to other special measures - such as a high-quality PA12 corrugated tube, which is designed for over 10 million bending loads and is therefore suitable for the use on the robot arm. It is also possible to use a corrugated PUR tube with a steel spiral. This is designed for 2,5 million bending loads.
