Description

Trimethylamine (TMA) plant Automatic pressure relief of the dead space on the upstream pressure side and design with welding ends. In a trimethylamine (TMA) plant, the ball valve INTEC K224-S-FS-DE/11/Q1500 is used in the application of dimethylamine (DMA - an organic chemical compound from the substance group of secondary aliphatic amines) at 4 bar and 110°C operating conditions. This is a ball valve of nominal size DN150 pressure rating 40 bar made of carbon steel floating ball spring-loaded ball seats on both sides made of PEEK (polyetheretherketone) with welding ends 6" - SCH40 face-to-face length R1 stem extension 100 mm lockable manual gearbox The special features are the ball seat spring loading on both sides of the DE design, for the purpose of automatic pressure relief of the dead space on the upstream pressure side (automatic pressure relief when the pressure in the dead space is 2 bar higher than the upstream pressure) the design with welding ends, which meets the operational requirement for reducing the number of flange connections and potentially limiting emissions Ball valve INTEC K224-S-FS-DE/11/Q1500 DN150 PN40 with stem extension and lockable manual gearbox
