The KMT Waterjet ATS 2200 or 4400 is the perfect way to improve your waterjet operations. • Designed to work with 2,200 of 4,400 lb. super sacks respectively, this abrasive handling solution allows you to quickly and easily remove spent abrasive solids from the waterjet holding tank. • Engineered with rigid steel construction and equipped with a Sandpiper HDF2 diaphragm pump, the ATS 2200 provides reliability and durability for many years of use. • The pneumatic diaphragm pump runs on shop air, with no additional power needed. • The patented 6” Cross-Flow Separator design removes sediment before reaching the pump, reducing maintenance costs and repairs. • The unique abrasive removal “nozzles” allow for high rates of removal of more than one ton per hour. • The ATS 2200 offers manual use or hands-free sludge removal with optional in-tank pipe kit and cycle timer (sold separately).
