Description

(Pre-)mixing We provide you with flexible solutions for mixing and dosing plastics that make your company more economical. Our premixers mix plastics such as granulate, regrind or free-flowing powder with masterbatch or additives. Homogeneous mixing is the basis for further processing - in injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Dosing and coloring With our dosing solutions, you can achieve maximum accuracy when dosing masterbatch or additives into a main material. We offer volumetric and gravimetric dosing solutions for dosing additives into a plastic material that is then processed in the injection molding machine or extruder. This allows you to achieve precisely consistent color shades when coloring. Premixer on the injection molding machine Ideal for throughputs of up to 70 kg/h and shot weights of up to 0.9 kg. The G mixer is the bigger brother of the KK mixer and has an inlet for the main material and two holders for dosing stations. The plastic material and all added additives are mixed homogeneously in the G-mixer. Up to four different material components, such as virgin material, regranulate, masterbatch and additives, can be processed.
