NAVIGATOR - OUR SUCCESSFUL MATERIAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM Modern and efficient plastics processing requires a flexible material supply: every machine should be able to be supplied quickly and reliably with any material. Our patented NAVIGATOR is the right solution for this. The material guidance system combines simple operation and high flexibility for a fully automatic and residue-free material supply: Any machine can be connected to any material via quick-release couplings. A machine line is connected directly to a material line 10 to 40 processing machines can thus be supplied fully automatically and quickly with different materials All operating statuses are recorded and can be output via interfaces Integration into the KOCH visualisation software possible And this is how it works: Two opposite sliders, one for the material line and one for the machine line, move towards each other and are connected in the centre section. The slides do not come into contact with any other material. Once the material has been transported through the briefly closed line, the slides are retracted again and two other lines can be connected to each other.
