Description

Fully automatic coiling systems – Coiling, Binding, Depositing - Increasing the degree of automation all the way to a fully automated line. - Wires are handled with great care. - Perfectly formed and bound wire coils, i.e. consistently high quality, and value of the end product. - Can be perfectly integrated into upstream and downstream processes. The wire ring coilers from our partner ramatech are powerful and flexible peripheral devices. Wires and flexible conductors up to a diameter of 35 mm can be processed with the ring coiler devices. The parameters can be quickly and easily programmed on an LCD operating panel. The fully automatic ring coilers are equipped with interfaces to various automatic wire processing machines and are therefore ideally suited as additional equipment and as an uncomplicated expansion to a complete processing line. Automatic coiling systems in three levels of convenience The KRI 450 C / CB / CBP, and KRI 850 C / CB / CBP models offer the right solution for every requirement. The ring coilers all ensure fast and efficient coiling. An additional manual binding station is integrated in the CB models. The CBP models, on the other hand, are fully automatic coiling and binding machines. The coil diameters are flexible: Thus, wire coil inner diameters of min. 120 mm (KRI 450) or 250 mm (KRI 850) and max. 600 mm (KRI 850) can be processed on the machines. KRI 450 / 850 C - Coil • - The wire is fed directly from the automatic cutting machine, e.g. Komax Kappa, into a guide tube to the ring coiler. • - The coiling mandrels pick up the wire and rotate it into a regularly shaped wire coil.
