Application KOMPO vacuum packaging system (MVU) is an air powered vacuum packaging system designed specifically for processors/packers to vacuum package a wide variety of products. The MVU is ideal for packaging all types of poultry, whole birds, parts, turkey breasts, game, cheese, sausage and products of all shapes and sizes in any size and thickness of any type of bags or nettings. The MVU is the ideal system to vacuum package your products with a minimal investment. Features MVU consists of the following parts: - a table with a nozzle and a clipper; - control unit; - pneumatic system (compression pump, receiver, hoses). How it works: An operator pulls a bag with a product over the nozzle to vacuum the bag and then swings the bag into the clipping area of the clipper, activates the clipper by pressing a trigger, the bag is clipped and its tail is cut automatically.
