Application Tunnel washing machines are used for automatic washing with detergents of standard plastic and wooden pallets. Features As standard, the machine performs the following functions: WASHING After starting the machine by operator (start by pressing the START button) preparation of the machine for washing begins and water reservoir is filled. After filling the reservoir, the water is heated to a temperature of 55-60°C. During the washing process, water temperature (55-60°C) is maintained automatically. If necessary, the operator adds the detergent in the water tank, forming a cleaning solution of desired concentration depending on the degree and type of contamination. Concentration of detergent in water is supported by the operator manually. Green indicator light signals about the completion of machine preparation. Operator re-presses the START button to start the process of washing. The conveyor is started again. Water supply (washing solution) starts through a system of nozzles directed to the surface of the pallets/skids. Water (washing solution) is applied by circulation pump of high productivity up to 1000 liters / min at pressure of up to 5 bar, providing high mechanical impact on contamination. The design of the nozzles allows you to adjust the direction of water (washing solution).
