Washing tunnel Lurea

Application Custom-designed and manufactured tunnel washing machines Lurea Custom (up to 1400 totes or other containers/tools per hour) is designed to wash various types of containers, boxes, totes, crates and technological tools according to a customer’s request and facility. It performs the following functions: WASHING The washing process is accomplished with detergent of required and regulated detergent concentration and washing solution temperature which is supplied under high pressure through the system of nozzles/jets. Required temperature of detergent (55-60С) is heated by thermoelectric heating elements. Heating is achieved in the reservoir of the main washing module. Used detergent is collected in the reservoir, passing through the filter system for subsequent re-use. RINSING It implements flush of detergent from the surface of the totes/crates with clean running water under high pressure through a nozzle system of the plant water supply.
