The Lacero 8010 extends our product portfolio forprocessing woody biomass. This high-speed shredder has a large intake and 812 hp power – enough for a throughput of up to 400 cubic metres per hour. For operators who place high demands on throughput and material quality, the Lacero is one of the best-performing machines for processing virtually all materials involved in landscaping. Size matters The feed hopper is sized perfectly for the Lacero's high throughput. The feed length of 4.2 m and Ioading height of 2.4 m make Ioading easy. The hopper is open to the front, and gives excellent intake even on long materials. The walls and height extensions on both Sides are very heavy-duty and have no problems standing up to "contact" With Ioading machines. Driving force Power transmission from engine to belt pulley is by a zero-maintenance, hydraulically operated friction coupling. lt doubles as an overload protection and gives soft run-up, and its integrated control electronics reliably protect the power train from damage. Built though Heavy-duty construction With an overall weight of 40 tonnes makes this high-speed shredder tough enough for the demanding jobs. The massive, over three tonne rotor is the heart of it. On it are 16 wear parts, whose reversibility and carbide coating keep them cutting for a long time.
