Developed for continuous cutting of waste edge trim from machines for film blowing, packaging, paper production, and slitters.
The MultiCutter consists of a fixed knife and a rotating set of blades driven by a direct-coupled motor. The blades are made from specially hardened steel for greater resistance to wear and extended service life.
The MultiCutter is available in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz models.
Efficient cutting of trim, film, foil, paper, cardboard, and more
The Multicutter is designed for cutting down trims of plastic foils, aluminum foils, paper, film, and cardboard. It is designed to be easily mounted in an enclosed pipe system, that is, with a pipeline mounted both at the inlet and outlet of the MultiCutter.

The MultiCutter is designed to be mounted in the Kongskilde OK pipe system where continuous trims are pneumatically removed from the production machines.
Highlights
Adjustment and resharpening of the blade sets are possible and is the only form of maintenance.
All the bearings of the Multicutter have been lubricated for life and require no further greasing.
