Instrument Systems designed the LEDGON 100 goniophotometer to determine the spatial radiation pattern of LEDs and small LED modules. A measurement is taken over the entire forward hemisphere of an emitting LED. The LEDGON 100 provides a high angle resolution of 0.1 degrees which means even narrow emission angle LEDS can get exact measurements. When the LEDGON 100 is used with the CAS 140CT spectroradiometer the spectral parameters can be expanded to include the angle of dependence of color coordinates and color temperature. White LEDs in particular show significant angle dependence of color temperature.
An LEDGON goniophotometer can be used to determine total radiant power and luminous flux with high accuracy. The usual measurement errors that occur with typical integrating spheres (due to their shape) are avoided in this model. Instrument Systems developed a software add-on for the SpecWin Pro software that can completely automate the measurement process.
Features
• Perform precise measurements of total radiant power and luminous flux
• As a recognized high performer among LED measurement LED Measurement Accessories, the Instrument Systems LEDGON LED goniophotometer is capable of measuring both total radiant power and luminous flux. Users are able to avoid the errors in measurement that often occur because of the geometry of integrating spheres. To completely automate your measuring applications, we’ve created a handy SpecWin Pro software add-on.
