SYNCHROBLOCK is our new machine designed to connect KOSME technology for blow molding directly with bottle filling, without the need for air conveyors. The single blow molding-filling unit gives the customer tangible advantages: simplification of layout thanks to the elimination of conveyors between the blow molding machine and the filler; line and operating cost reductions; water and energy savings; reduction in format changeover times, and, more generally, maintenance; and only a single operator is required. SYNCHROBLOCK can be used for CSD products, still water, and beer. BLOW MOLDING MACHINE: The “rotary” module guarantees a time reduction for bottle formation, maximum reliability transferring the preforms, and energy savings thanks to the new blow molding technology. TRANSFER TABLE: High precision transfer of the bottles from the blowing zone to the filling zone thanks to the KRONES grippers. - Cooling area with cold water spray on the bottom of the bottles - Roof table with cooling water collection tray. FILLER: Special VKP filling valves guarantee perfect filling and supports a quick, foamless production cycle. TYPES OF VALVES: Isoblock NH Flat for: Still water, fruit juice, and liquors in PET. Isoblock NH Carbonated for: Sparkling water, carbonated beverages. CAPPING MACHINE: The capper tower is made completely from 304 & 316L steel. Equipped with closure feeder.
