The Cream Cooker – type CC is suitable for the preparation of warm creams, jams and mixtures for food products such as risotto, polenta, béchamel, etc. • Painted steel structure • Bowl and grill safety guard protection are manufactured in stainless steel • Mixing arm tool is manufactured in stainless steel and equipped with Teflon scrapers which are located on the sides and bottom of the bowl • Triple-layer bowl, with interspace in the diathermic bath oil • Bowl heating system with stainless steel heating element • Electronic thermostat for temperature control • Ringing timer to alert the readiness of the product • Side-hand wheel for bowl rotation and bowl draining • Low voltage electrical system (24V) • Machine structure is also available in stainless steel version
