The Rotating Convection Oven – Type FRP is suitable for baking of bread and pastry products.
• Oven base is manufactured in stainless steel 30/10
• Combustion chamber is manufactured in high yield thermal steel, fully removable
• Baking Chamber, front side and door are manufactured in stainless steel
• Door with double glass
• Motorized hood with steam exhauster
• Hooking suspended trolley (hooking with platform is available upon request)
• Removable baking trolley is not included
• Maximum baking temperature of 300 °
• Available in both electric and combustion version (gas / diesel)
