THL 20 L mounts dump containers of up to 20 tonnes of weight. ?L? stands for pneumatic suspension, a system that offers a number of major benefits. The chassis lowers automatically to mount/demount the container and eliminate the need for a hydraulic rear axle support system. The container is then mounted onto the lowered chassis at a shallower angle, with the two main rams operating more efficiently to deliver enormous lift powers. In addition, the pneumatic suspension system provides for an excellent ride even in rough terrain. Like on all our hook-lift trailers, the hook is new and sourced from commercial trucks. This policy guaranties CE approval and a full parts and service back-up throughout Europe. Using higher-capacity main rams, the hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 200 bars and hence eliminates the need for a pto pump. The trailer suits containers of a variety of lengths, thanks to a standard hydraulic container locking system that sets their overhang at the rear and adjusts the tongue load on the hitch ring.
