Description

The OPTIBAR PSM 1010 is an electronic pressure switch for absolute or gauge pressure measurement of liquids and gases. The cost-effective pressure switch is suitable for simple process pressure applications as well as hydrostatic level measurement in open vessels where space-saving installation is required. The OPTIBAR PSM 1010 offers multiple output options in one single configuration. Standard IO is a PNP/NPN switching output and IO-Link. On the secondary output, analogue 4…20 mA / 0…10 V or PNP/NPN switching are selectable. The IO-Link communication provides operators with sensor and application data for smarter process automation. Process data, status reports, device configurations can be changed easily with the control system. Advanced diagnostic information such as operating temperature, pressure spike counter and operating hour counter help to establish a more predictable maintenance concept. Pressure switch for basic pressure and level applications • - Integrated display with switch state indication and 2-button setup • - 0.1...600 bar / 1.5...8700 psi; max. +125°C / +257°F • - With recessed stainless steel diaphragm • - Fully configurable: IO-Link and PNP/NPN as standard I/O, 4…20 mA, 0...10 V or NPN/PNP as secondary output
