The Gutting Line can be delivered in two versions, one for small fish and another one for large fish. The line for small fish can be used for fish with a weight of approx. 0.5 to 2.0 kg. The line for big fish can be used for fish with a weight of approx. 1.5 to 8.0 kg. Production on this line is manned and involves operators, which makes it possible to process different species and sizes on the very same line. This makes it very flexible and easy to use. There is a washing unit at the end of the line so the fish is washed both inside and outside when they leave the line. The line has been delivered for trout, salmon and carp, but it is not a problem to use it for other species, as well.
