The standard VACMASTER from Kroma is a vacuum unit which can be used for a number of purposes. First of all it fits well as vacuum unit for gutting and filleting machines and can be used in cleaning process after production. The VACMASTER can also be used in smaller Kroma clean systems, where there are multiple pick up points of waste. Kroma A/S has devoloped waste handling systems to ensure priftable and hygienic production where waste is automatically removed from processing areas.With waste handling system, waste can be delivered in waste containers with cooling, external waste bin or block freezers. There is a control integrated in the VACMASTER, taking care of running conditions of the vacuum pump. The control measures the water level for the pump and opens the inlet if the level is too low. The control also measures the water temperature to ensure the correct water temperature for the pump. The VACMASTER 200 can be equipped with an automatic emptying system which continuously empties the waste container maintaining full vacuum on the system. The VACMASTER can be designed for use in marine processing areas. This requires a special pump and control unit, but seawater can be used as processing water.
