Packaging of pourable food products in bags of various sizes (max. width 350 mm). The FLEX M is characterized by an increased capacity and standard film cover, as well as an ergonomic film roll holder. • Many different bag sizes possible: width from 75 mm to 350 mm and unlimited bag length • Extended basic equipment with a film cover and ergonomic film roll holder • Production of pillow bags, optionally also block bottom bags • Can be integrated into weighing systems or used as a stand-alone machine with manual filling The FLEX M from KRONEN's partner GKS Packaging B.V. packages vegetables, fruit and cut lettuce as well as other products such as bakery products, candy/sweets and non-food products into packages of different sizes made from a film from the roll. The bag width can be adjusted from 75 mm to 350 mm, and the bag length is unlimited (max. 230 mm per sealing process). With a production capacity of 40 bags per minute, the machine packages pourable products efficiently and safely. The FLEX M comes with extended basic equipment with a film cover so that the packaging film is protected from drops, as well as an ergonomic film roll holder for increased operator convenience. Tubular bags are produced as standard, but block bottom bags are also optionally available. The machine’s compact design and small footprint make it flexible to use. Thanks to its low filling height, it can be integrated into weighing and dosing systems or used as a stand-alone machine with manual filling.
