Description

The FLEX XL is ideal for producing large package sizes and for the continuous packaging of high volume, pourable foods and products. It can be flexibly integrated into production lines. • Production of large packaging sizes: for large-volume products or large quantities • Ideal for integration into production lines • Adjustable bag size: width between 200 mm and 500 mm, unlimited bag length • Production of pillow bags, optionally also block bottom bags or other bag shapes Specializing in the production of large bag sizes, the FLEX XL from KRONEN's partner GKS Packaging B.V. ensures a continuous packaging process for vegetables, fruits and cut salad products, other pourable bulk products and especially large-volume products. The packaging machine can produce a wide range of bag sizes with a width between 200 mm to 500 mm and an unlimited bag length (max. 480 mm per sealing operation). Pillow bags are produced as standard, but block bottom bags are also available as an option. The FLEX XL can be optimally integrated into production lines. A wide range of options is available, and these options can easily be added or replaced due to the modular structure e. The flexibly adjustable bag width setting from 200 mm to 500 mm and the unlimited bag length enable the production of many different bag sizes.
