Description

The Topas SP is a precision milling machine developed by Kuhlmann. It is mainly used for processing of flexible dies and for sharpening the cutting edge of punching sheet. It is supplied with highly precise guiding systems, accurate vacuum clamping system, and 200000 rpm maximum milling spindles. The unit is also equipped with andronic KM2060 CNC control, 15 m/min speed rate, and digital AC servo axis drive. In addition, the system comes with available options including tool magazine, laser tool length measuring, calibration camera, and measuring caliper for height control of cutting edge, linear measuring system and dust extraction.
