Homogenized Yoghurt TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS *This Machine is designed to fill homogenized yoghurt into the plastic buckets. *Plastic Buckets are fed to the infeed conveyor of the machine by employees.The buckets are filled two by two under the fillng nozzles then moves to the capping system. *On the capping system; the lids are placed manually on the buckets by the employees then the lids are closed automatically. *Capping System consist of 8 stainless steel rollers. The lids are closed perfectly on the buckets by this roller system. * Works with pneumatic system. * Primes the product from its 100 lt. stainless steel hopper above. * The machine is exproof system. * The seals are manufactured from teflon ,viton or polyethylene according to the product to be filled. * The parts on the machine are connected by tri clamps. *The nozzle, main valve and the filling piston are designed for an easy-cleaning .They can be dismantled easily without using any tool. * High surface smoothness and argon arc welding technology prevents bacteria growth. *Suitable for C.I.P.
