The 640XLHR is a hydraulic machine tools vise developed by Kurt. It is mainly used for precision clamping of very large parts for both tool and die and production CNC applications. The unit comes with 28.750" maximum jaw opening, and precise locking suitable for high horsepower hogging out operations. It is supplied with 12,000 lbs maximum precision clamping force, 80000 PSI ductile iron body, and 6" and 8" jaw widths. In addition, the framework comes with reverse model reducing reach-over distance for loading safer and easier for the operator. It is also equipped with 1/4" air and hydraulic stroke. The system is also available with internal hex screw; and manual, air and hydraulic models. The product can be further mounted and used as receivers for other work holding devices.
