The new T-90000-RF-LF TCXO series offers high frequency in combination with tight stability and low Phase Noise in a small 14 x 9 x 6.5 mm SMD package. Combining a new high frequency SMD crystal with state of the art temperature compensation leads to Stratum 3 stability. With the improved oscillator stage a very low close-in Phase Noise as well as low noise floor is achieved.
