Pneumatic press is made for pressing grapes (integral grapes, fresh lees, fermented)
We are producing two types of pneumatic presses:
• TIP PS 1: PNEUMATIC PRESS WITHOUT COMPRESSOR
• TIP PSB 2: PNEUMATIC PRESS WITH COMPRESSOR BECKER BUILT IN THE PRESS

• Fixed drum for pressing
• Juice collection pan with wheels
• The control board
• Mains supply voltage 380 W- three phase
• Safety cord
• Connection 220 W
• Vacuum pump
• Central filling must from 1200l on
• Doors : (500l, 650l, 850l in 1400l have one door)
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:
• Additional doors for close system
• Central filling must for small presses

• Press frame legs of extended height (dimensions on request)

PRESS FILLING:
Filling is operating in two ways:
• Manual : in that case we fill the drum with integral grapes
• Central : we fill the drum with crushed grapes throught the central system
PRESS OPERATION:
Device has two different system of operation: automatic or middle.
1. Automatic system: operates with all functions independet from user. Available are three different programmes of operation: short, middle, long.
Programme duration:
• Short: 1 h and 15 min
• Middle: 1 h and 40 min
• Long: 2 h and 5 min
2. Manual sytem: do not perform any functions independetly and all functions are obligate to set manual.
3. System for vinification (only as additional equipment): On choice we have two different programmes: short and middle.
