Description

T-Rex Series Continuous pusher furnaces Main Features: • Silicon carbide rails • Customizable treatment cycles • Ball and screw type pusher • Flexibility • Fast temperature rise • High efficiency • Innovative air-tight doors • Reliable • Heat recovery system integrated • PLC based control and management system General purpouse: • Carburizing • Carbonitriding • Soft Nitriding The T-REX series - continuous pusher furnaces - has been developed to obtain the separation between the different carburizing phases that require different atmosphere and temperature values. The furnace is heated with electric or methane radiant tubes positioned under and above the load. Each furnace zone is monitored by thermocouples to ensure the quality of the process. Silicon carbide rails are used instead of conventional stainless steel rails, to ensure the best quality, each furnace zone is equipped with a fan for the atmosphere circulation. The process is controlled by a Siemens PLC that can manage all the operations from rhe power ditribution to the loading process.
