Rotating turntable RT

Label-Aire® is a rotary turn table that makes labeling fast and simpler. The Label-Aire® design improves throughput efficiency of a labelling system. These can be used for the unscrambling and scrambling of accumulated products. In the unscrambling mode, products are loaded en masse which create a single file queue that feeds into the labeling system. Conversely, in the accumulation mode, the turntable is able to store multiple products until they are off loaded, packed or continue to the next process line. The rotary turntable allows faster operation of the labeling system and provides greater efficiency to allow a single operator to both load and unload products without having the leave the system idle.
