The ANSI Mineral Insulated Thermocouple represents a flexible insulated Type K Thermocouple with a 310 stainless steel sheath construction. The device conforms to ANSI specification and includes Type K sensor (Nickel Chromium/Nickel Aluminium) to ANSI standards. The thermocouple comes with miniature or standard plug with 200°C temperature range. The extremely flexible, sheath can be bent/formed making it suitable for various applications and processes. The module includes insulated hot junction, probes of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 & 3.0 mm diameter with -40°C up to +1100°C probe temperature range and miniature plug termination (200°C). The single element is junction insulated from sheath (offers protection against spurious electrical signals). The probe temperature ranges from -40°C to +1100°C for 1.5 & 3.0mm diameters and -40°C to +750°C for 0.5 & 1.0mm diameter.
