There are three different GX Orion stationery UV LED models (Remote, UV & WH and UV only) producing different intensities and tested to comply with a number of NDT standards. All 3 models come as AC (Mains) powered and are modular devices able to connect as many extension modules as you may require to increase the covered area in your station. GX Orion REMOTE (PN: L3100) has been tested to comply with both ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards. It generates an intensity that can be adjusted to vary from approximately 1 500 to 7 000 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches). It has a powerful white light that can generate 1 000 lux (93 fc) at 30 cm (12 inches). A remote control allows you to switch on/off the UV and White Light, change the intensity and set up the timer from up to 5 meters (16 feet) away. Ask for Extension unit with PN: L3104 that has both UV and white light. GX Orion REMOTE is a Risk Group 3 as per IEC/EN 62471. GX Orion UV & WH (PN: L3101) has been tested to comply with both ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards. It generates an intensity of approximately 7 000 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches). It has a powerful white light that can generate 1 000 lux (93 fc). This model does not have a remote, it comes with one UV and one white light ON/OFF button. Ask for Extension unit with PN: L3104 that has both UV and white light. GX Orion UV & WH is a Risk Group 3 as per IEC/EN 62471.
