The PP16|XC is the most advanced of our PP series. The rip fence is controlled by high precision ball screw & DC motor, as opposed to the less accurate belt drive. This ensures extreme accuracy and repeatability. The overhead control panel features a digital readout for the rip fence and the arm is extended to make it easier to reach when working with larger panels. For manual mode of the rip fence the PP16 provides you will a by-pass function on right side that allows you to run it with no power while still using the DRO on overhead control panel. The foot kill switch allows you a hands free stop and the mechanical brake motor stops the main blade in less than 6 seconds. The sliding table is designed with the famous dumbbell system ensuring long life and ultra-smooth movement. All surfaces are anodized aluminum. The manual tilt & raise/fall of both main & scoring are are designed to reduce technological issues.
